All of the sudden I thought of this song today when I was reading. You would love it if you could get the girl's feeling from her heart. scared, cautious,and wants to be recognized in front of the one in her heart. it's true that there are many opportunities passing by, like the saying from one of my Korean friends, he told me that they Korean people have a saying, there is a thing like this: it doesn't have hair on the back of its head.but it has hair on its face. when it comes to you, you can't recognize what it is because it has hair on its face.while it passes you by, you see its face and want to grab it, you can't do it when you reach out your hand because it has no hair on the back of its head. so you lost it. it is a thing called "opportunity". :)

《养练篇》：

一个人要想思维敏捷，反应迅速，平日要注意练神。要使精气旺盛，必在养志，这里的“志”表示意志。意志不好的人，是因为他常常受到欲望的驱使，欲多则心散，心散则志衰。

养志是为了心理思绪通达，思理不达，则反应迟钝。

想要思理通达，务在养志，欲养志，务在心专。欲心专，务在节欲。节欲以养志，志养则思理通达，心气专一，心气专一则精力集中。思想才不涣散。达到镇定自若，心平气和，气定神闲的效果。就像灵龟那样修身养性，所以养志先要从“安己”开始。心静身安，寡欲少动。达到志意坚实。

心欲安静，则思绪不乱。思绪不乱则神策生。心静如水，才能看得见自己的内心，才知道自己想要什么。看问题看事物就能看得更加通透明白。才知道如何去处理安排。

I don't know if you have ever seen a TV commercial with a very classy line:" Life is just like traveling, you don't need to care about where would be the destination you finally get, and the most important thing would be the view you see on the way and the feeling you would have when you enjoy the view.”

I have been enjoying my view on my way, with very happy feelings. Different places, different stages, having different things happen around me. All the stuff enriches my life and makes me think in my way to face a brand new fresh tomorrow!
